A multi-specialty clinic in Pennsylvania is looking for a critical care medicine NP who is able to provide locum tenens coverage for approximately four months starting in late August with a high chance of extension for three months. On a typical day, the locum tenens NP can expect to see fifteen adult patients for a variety of cases: Provider will be working in an ICU and will be responsible for all patients on Vent, handling all codes placing lines, intubation and rounding. Locum will need to be able to work with a team of providers in a variety of specialties plus locum will work with attendings (hospitalists). The locum will work on a 7 on 7 off schedule, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. This facility uses Epic EMR and will provide paid training.
